So the new Clan 3145 TRO has the Mech with tracks that can sort of transform it to a vehicle...I wonder if that would apply well to the old Huntress mech from Battletechnology Magazine?

It is highly unlikely that such an obscure relationship would be mentioned/retconned 20 years later (if there even is a relationship, which there probably isn't).

Hey they have been pulling older mechs and vehicles from Battletechnology Magazine for these TROs like the Gremlin for example and so they might make the jump at some point. Check out the other House TROs you will find several vehicles and such that are actually from Battletechnology like the Shillelagh to name another.

Oh yes I am aware of such examples, I'm just saying I don't think that it will happen in this case.

No rules with them, if you can store them in a vehicle cubicle aboard a dropship then there would be a logistical advantage but otherwise I think they will remain battlefield oddities.

I think they would work as artillery support units, they would be flexible enough to gain something and not need to be right in the thick of things.
