i just viewed BT animated TV episode 11 "Shadow Heir" and Captain Frestadt had used a TC on a Hatamoto-Chi 'Mech to guide three missiles that Hatamoto-Chi's SRM6 launched to successfully destroy three missiles launched at that Hatamoto-Chi from Toshiro Okura's (spellcheck that name) Centurion 'Mech, so apparently a targeting computer is compatible with guided (Streak?) missiles for defense against incoming hostile missiles

any TC & guided missiles combo, that can destroy those super fast approaching missiles, can also attack unit(s) or structure(s)

and if you look at a screen of an HMVee software program, it appears to have what looks like a TC option next to a (Streak?) LRM5 missile launcher

one more reason to equip a unit or structure with a TC

looks like we're going to have to type rules for TC & guided missiles combo

maybe i could get gifts of fictional TCs for my fictional BT units & fictional BT structures

The TC shown in the quoted screen picture is an option to have it on the design, not on any particular weapon, let alone a missile system. TCs are to be used with certain direct fire weapons only, as specified in the rules. A TC is automatically added, if the box is checked, for use with all applicable weapons. Streaks are not usable with TCs.
