534.714 is my best accepted throw
otherwise it'd be 549.49 (damn fault throws)

Heck, with the fault, I've done 596.665. But that's hardly legal. ;-)

533.973 is the best non-fault throw I've had that I can remember. Had a 534.???, but alas, I forgot those last three digits.

EDIT: Just got a 534.725!

I think it resets because when it was posted on a StL Blues board months ago many of us had scores over 560...

I just looked and it lists high scores for "today" and "month".

And I'm not too sure about those because I threw twice and got a 535.003...

Yeah, really! Is there something other than click - click and hold - release? Does the mouse position mean anything?

I thinkyou can alter the angle, depending on the mouse position, but I'm not sure. Course I wouldn't know. I've only been able to get in the 100-400 range the couple times I tried it.

so far I've found that not holding the mouse button down until the palm tree just before the hut gets you close to the right angle for long shots, but that still only gets me to 520-533 or so
if there is a trick I'm still to find it

The "trick" is to start clicking just as the body of the thrower gets to the tree before the hut...and the foul line isn't at the beginning of the two rocks, it's at the end of them...throws have to be just about "perfect" to get the huge throws.

It's a flash game so none of that would matter...you need flash player 7.0 to use it.

I can pretty consistently stop at the end of the rocks, a pixel or two before the foul. And I've experimented with pressing and holding the mouse button to get the different angles, and it "seems" like I've hit them all, although accuracy there is more difficult with nothing to guide me.

I just wanted to be sure there wasn't any other variables that I was ignorant of trying. ;-)
