Well the next mapscale dropper on the block is the Leopard. I had already had this modeled and prototyped but the way the Union came out I knew the Leopard could be done better. So instead of the 3058 Leopard I decided to do the Classic Leopard. The plan with this one is to have a one piece body including the main wings. The vertical stabilizers will be seperate pieces too.
One idea I wanted to throw at the group was about landing gear. Do you think it would be good to have these ? What I am thinking, the landing gear doors would be seperate-flat on one side for the in-flight look and the gear molded to the opposite side for the on the gound style.

That would be cool and I have thought about it. But that would only add to the cost As it is, it will be five pieces not counting the landing gear doors if we go with those.

IF it isn't too expensive, it would be really cool to have space inside to put 'Mechs and fighters and to allow us to open or close the doors.

Of course, if too expensive I'll be happy to just get the DropShip. :)

You might want to add the Turret that goes behind the Cockpit to the list of add ons. :D

As someone pointed out on the CBT Forums... tis a ship of war... therefore yes.

Good work on the CAD drawings... I am looking into picking up the Unions when I can afford them.

It's a nice mini! I snagged it as soon as I saw it available. One compliant. The side fins are very thin...like flashing thin. Mine arived with a broken wing. It glued back on easy enough, but the side wings are "FRAGILE". so handle with care gang. 10 on a 2d6 rating :2thumbsup:
