Hey Gang.. I need some advice from any of you that have tried this.

Several years ago, I began casting hex bases using a rubber mold cast kit and a 2 part resin kit. I had some success with this in casting simple one piece casts (like hex bases and a few other odds and ends). However I found that over time the resin began to degrade, becoming very pliable.

Now fast forwarding to yesterday, a friend of mine and I began considering the possibilities of casting a large model for those that wanted it, and while I have some experience in this realm, I'm looking for something that will get me better results.

So what I am looking for is advice, or links to sites that deal with this subject (I'm looking as well, but information is ammunition and the more help the better), recommendations on better resin medium (maybe like what Armorcast uses for its models) and tips or tricks any of you have for this venture.
