This was the first 'Mech I ever modified. Don't laugh it was 30 years ago before RS2750 even came out.

==Overview:==
The Toland, Coleman and Flynn BattleMech repair company decided to make
the WHM-6R Warhammers they were repairing more efficient on the battlefield.
By removing the SperryBrowning Machine Guns and replacing them with Martell
Medium Lasers.
Troops who received the new WHM-6E Warhammer were pleased with the
increase of firepower. Removing a ton of ammunition was popular with many
MechWarriors.

==Capabilities:==
Because of its size and weaponry, the WHM-6R Warhammer is one of the most
dangerous and powerful 'Mechs ever placed in the field. In particular, its
Donal PPCs and support weapons give it the sheer firepower a first-line
fighter needs. All Warhammers are equipped with a special searchlight that
ties directly into their O/P 1500 ARB tracking system, making the 'Mech a
formidable night-fighter. Mounted on the 'Mech's left torso, the system can
function either as a simple searchlight or as part of the targeting system.
The WHM-6R is also equipped with both small lasers and machine guns,
making it a threat to any infantry and support craft foolhardy enough to close
in on it.
The 6R carries 18 heat sinks, while some of the variant versions have as
many as 20 heat sinks. Thus, the Warhammer has the heavy weapons as well as
the means to fire those weapons on a prolonged basis.

Several variants of the Warhammer have appeared since TCF has started
refurbishing 'Mechs during the Fourth Succession War, and usually involve
additional heat sinks and altered weaponry.
The WHM-6M was marketed as captured Marik Warhammers, while the WHM-6S
was sold in Steiner space sharing similarity with the ARC-2S Archer.
The restoration of technology since the discovery of the Helm Memory Core
has lead to further variants involving double heat sink and extended-range
weaponry.
