This came about when I started to play around with what could be done with the Panther and wanting to keep it as something that would still see use in the current BT setting, so I went overboard on things, yes it has an XL engine, but it does move FAR faster then original Panther every did. Yes it has an ammo weapon still, I felt that keep it some what linked to the original. Yes it has Endo and Ferro combo, those are more of the needed trade offs like the XL, it allows the mech to stay in the fight. The double heat sinks, they are there to keep it going, Yes this can alpha but then again it as only two weapon systems and one is very range dependent and thus not a factor till up close. Comments are welcome.
