the price IS obcene. no question.

something that expensive would probably be exclusively used for parades,
it could be rather usefull to make the enemy believe the owner of it has endless funds and a rather high tech army.
especially when twenty are circled around with always changing numbers, to inflate the aperent numbers.
Nothing is really to expensive when it can be used for such bluffs.
