I wouldn't say it's too specialized; C3 command vehicles are in short supply. I might have included more armor or something else besides a Beagle Probe though.

This one is debatable to me. The use of a fast C3 Master is great, but it seems like a target to me. It is too common, at least in my games for somebody to start using LRM delivered mines, to cut off a few paths which will leave this boxed in. When I have enemies who use C3 a lot I use VTOLS with ECM to counter and neutralize them.

i see the use, but wouldn't use it myself.

An idea I've been toying with is a high-level (regiment level and up) HQ unit with a Mobile HQ and one or two C3 Masters. The slave units would be scouts acting as the HQ's eyes and ears on the battlefield. You could do something similar with C3i.
