Gunslinger Patch
criticised the Lola- design.
I assumed a number of mothballed Lolas were found and reworked.
there was no Money and knowledge to redo the engines, weapons or KF-drive, the IS was reinforced and the armor thickened the Food stores and fuel stores were enlarged, as was the ammo supply, now the ammo is sufficient for a battle at least. to allow an Exchange of supplys i added 4 Docking hardpoints. i suppose 2 of those might be used for freighters/tankers, the other two would be assault dropships to Support the Lolas operations.
it still has the capacity to Transport 50000 tons of cargo, wich is a usefull capability now, being able to Transport it.

PS.: i do not think 100000 tons of cargo is absolutely useless without dropships. a lot of that cargo would be i 1000 ton Containers, and about two of the small craft would be tugs that could push the Containers around to Support other vessels. dropships make operations a lot easier tho, as refuelling without them would have to happen at a space-station. at star-league times refueling/resuppliing at a space-station might have been an Option. not anymore....
PPS.: i left the rockets as they were, because i believe they would be a weapon of last Resort and not used that often.
