I'm throwing this out there since the BA Board has been slow recently. I'm sure this has been done before.
Basically use the best technology available to the Houses(advanced armor vs standard) and build a match for the original Toad. The suit carries the same armor level as the original Elemental, and with the use of a Jump Booster can match the Elemental for jumping distance. For weapons you have a Multi-shot SRM launcher, standard Small Laser as well as a anti-infantry laser and Heavy Battle Claw. I went with hard mounted weapons as a sign of how difficult it was for the IS to build a suit to these standards, and the Heavy Battle Claw is actually an improvement over the Clan model.
It really isn't a match for the old Elemental, but it is close. The lack of anti-mech swarming will bug some people, and others won't notice it. The cost is also way up there with the extra weight and use of Advanced armor.
