Rick,

It may be something someone else has mentioned...Maybe not...

When I Use the "Open Saved File", one or two of my saved files don't list the ships correctly. For example, a 10-ton fighter is listed as a Monitor, as is a LAM.

The file opens correctly as designed. Its just in the Open Saved File list...

Any ideas?

John

Try re-saving the file. Or if there are a lot not saved recently, doing a full update.

Rick,

Already tried the re-save trick. Even deleted the old file and then re-saved. No joy. And when I deleted the old file, it would change a previously correct file into a Monitor (I have even seen files change into Jumpships and Warships).

When loaded, the design is correct (an ASF is an ASF and so forth). Its only incorrect in the the 'Open Saved File' dialogue box. And when I try to veiw the files by 'Vessel Type', the file is listed under the listed type and not the design type.

Rick,

I may have found a fix. I'll have to see. I deleted the 'aero.bin' file and tried the 'Open Saved File' again. Seems to work. I'll let you know.

John
