Could any one tell me the "armor multiplier" (divider) I need to input to the custom armor box for Primitive armor Please or point me to the rule book where I can find this information Please.

I'm not sure it's explicitly stated anywhere as such. You could simply represent primitive armor by assigning a lower point value per ton.

My understanding is that Primitive armor is identical to Industrial armor.

TechManual p.72 shows a multiplier of 0.67 for Industrial armor. Alternately, TacOps p.376, "Fractional Armor Table", shows Industrial armor is 0.0933 tons per point, which works out to 10.718 points per ton.

To give you a concrete example, the MSK-5S Mackie carries 20 tons of Primitive armor. At 10.718 points per ton, this works out to 214.36 points - which according to XTRO Primitives is exactly the correct amount.
