Could some kind person Please tell me the Custom Armor Multiplier for Lamellor Armor in HMAero, I know that there are 14 points per ton, I'm stuck on how to work out the multiplier.

I think it is 0.875, probably should round up to 0.88. Cost will be 3.5.
