Are the HeavyMetal programs controversial? I was just wondering because I can't even discuss the topic of the HeavyMetal programs on the Classic Battletech site :)

No IMHO they are not, they are Official programmes, dated yes, But not controversial SSW is not official in any way but I do not see you asking about that any where

I have a question to ask you ATN082268...why the trolling question ? :angryfire: .

Not a trolling question by any means. A thread of mine on HeavyMetal Pro, in the General Discussion area, was locked on the Classic Battletech site and the two subsequent ones (which were somewhat related to HeavyMetal programs) were deleted. You can verify the locked thread yourself...

I have seen those, but for my self I just think it's rather rude way of wording (Controversial) that I was calling "Trolling".

You were given your answer on the CBT site and then that thread was locked. If you have further questions about the moderation of that board you should be discussing it with the admins of that site. And since I think that pretty much exhausts this subject here I'll be locking this thread before it causes any confusion.

If you have a problem with me locking this thread, you can take it up with the admins of this site.

I don't know that they're so much as controversial, as they have just caused a lot of messy threads, that ended up getting locked. Probably a preemptive strike. I was a bit surprised, myself, but didn't want to push it. While I'm working hard on Pro6, I realize many people have gone to SSW, and don't want to start an argument. I'll speak out using my programs, instead.
