Is there a ER Flamer for Battle Armor either Clan and / or Inner Sphere ?, and if so could some one be kind enough to point me to which CBNT (canon) book it's in. Thank You.

it was mentioned over on CBT and I'm wondering if the poster has got mixed up with the ER Flamer which weighs in @ a 1 ton for 'mechs etc, as the only other flamer for BA that I'm aware of is the Vehicle Flamer from Tech Manual for BA both Clan & Inner Sphere 150kg for either.
