Is there any way to add custom weapons of is it a stubby pencil? |

Sure there is. HMBA has a Custom Weapons editor, similar to the other programs. In fact, most or all of the newer equipment is available in the program due to custom weapons files that can be downloaded from the web site. And there's still room to add more of your own. HMBA also allows you to add your own custom armor, specifying all the properties of it, like kg per armor point, slots used, if any, and C-Bills per armor point, in addition to any BT or RPG game modifiers.
