Toward the end of December last year, when I updated all the setup files, I apparently mixed data files used in early HMPro6 programming with the HMPro5 BV2 files, causing most Mixed Tech weapons to be not available, and in general, mixing up the Rules Level for the weapons. A recent thread brought this to my attention, and with the help of Kahnjohn and others, I have corrected the problem.

If you've updated HMPro BV2 after 12/22/2014 (about when the error occurred), but before today, you should do a new update. To update, go to http://heavymetalpro.com/ProgramUpdates.htm and download and install the HMPro BV2 update, which will fix the problem.

Please note this only applies to HMPro (and of course HMPlus, if you've updated HMPro during that time), and only for the BV2 version of the program. The program's update version will not change, if you already have the latest version, but the data files will.

If you're unsure if you updated during that time, just go ahead and do the new update; it won't hurt anything. Also, even if you purchased the program since that time, it would be best to do the update to be sure your data files are correct.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

As an FYI, if you get a Windows security error when trying to download and install the fix the the workaround is to save the download to your desktop (or whatever download location you prefer), and install from that location.
