I keep getting:

RUN-TIME ERROR '5':

This happens more often if I have built two designs and saved them, while having any PDF open. Any ideas why having a PDF file open would cause this?

Sounds to me like two programs are trying to use the same spot of memory and your PDF viewing program is bumps HM out when it tries to use it...
