I almost feel sorry for even thinking about asking for a prog like this.

Ahhh.. it's not as bad as you guys think.

I started working on a MW3 character generator a while back. It read all the configurable information in from XML files. All you're lifepaths, traits, etc were all saved out as XML files. It was setup to handle conditional syntax such as Trait X requires T Y before you can use it.

Was quite a bit of work, but if it's well thought out and planned before implementing, it'll go smoothly. And knowing Rick and seeing what he's done with the other programs, I have the utmost confidence in him.
