Revitalization of the Hell's Horses touman after their move to the Inner Sphere not only gave birth to some new mechs like Balius and Cygnus, but also allowed Horses scientist to put some new ideas into the much older second-line designs. Initially intended as a testbed for the HAG on a lighter chassis, Corvis 2 soon became more common among the Clan's garrison forces. It mounts heavier 200-rated standard fusion engine, providing it the speed and maneuverability vital for the 40-ton mech on a modern battlefield. According to the rumors, Horses are also using Corvis 2 as a mech platform to test their version of the battlearmor magnetic clamps.

I might need to house rule it that way lol. I like it. What is not to like about a Hunchy type mech with decent movement?

How on Earth did you manage to make it so cheap? :o That's a great bang for your buck.

The original Corvus was pretty cheap, low 3 mil range if I'm at all close. This one goes up in price, but keeps away from the expense of an XL. Cheap is good for a second liner especially.
