for this task a modified fighter would do better...the weight for crew is high enough that the crew could live on it.
unless the vehicle is intended for this i'd reduce the weight for the crew considerably.
as 100 tons is the minimum for a small craft this forces the use of the fighter rules,
as i have done with my higgins boat design, resulting in the higgins fighter.

True but we both know that a cargo fighter is pushing the borders and boundaries of the AT2R rule set and unless the new core rule books allow such things then small crafts are the only way to really do this.
