As some of you know, I have made it a bit easier for you to publish links to your designs. If you go to the Upload Page, you can upload your HMP, HMV, HMV or HMA design to the User-Submitted Designs Pages. In addition, after doing the upload, the confirmation page will supply a link to your design file, which you can copy and paste into your post, preferably along with the Text TRO in Code tags. This will let everyone see your design, as normal, and if they would like to download it, they can use the link to do so immediately.

O.K. I have a small problem here:How do I move a file from my HMP file to the upload site I would like to enter my Blizzards to your contest but cannot figure out how to export the file (remember I am still not a Waldo )

All of the user sumbmitted design pages in the file center have no files listed and the text.

Well, I was finally shamed by a recent email to take a closer look at the user designs posting section, and was able to fix it. So, AFAIK, you should be able to post, and retrieve, user designs again.

There, that didn't take long, did it?
