Rick,

the flags from other countries that you host (like the one in my sigline) are great, but have you considered getting the state and US territory flags as well? It might serve as a quick visual recognition system to help locate a potential game player in one's home state.

Just a thought.

Well, they are small (bytes-wise), and I guess I could add them.

Anyone else interested?

Sounds cool and while you are at it you can throw in the Canadian provincial flags and the Conch Republic as well.

I'd take them. Of course...who recognizes the state and provincial flags? ;-)

Okay, due to popular demand, I've added the U.S. State flags to the site. To use one in your sig, just place the following code in your sig:

Notice the complete path, and the filename is always the letters "state-" followed by the complete name of the state, but without any spaces. In the case of the District of Columbia, just use state-dc.gif. Make sure you add the ".gif" to the end of the state. You also will probably want to place a space between flags to space them out a bit.

I'll try to add the Canadian provinces shortly. If anyone has others they'd like, let me know. ;-)

The Canadian territories have been added. To use them, put "can-" in front of the full territory name, such as:

Yeah. I would like the old Canadian Red Ensign in place of the Maple Leaf flag.

Can you locate the correct flag on http://users.skynet.be/hermandw/fl/smalgifs.html or other linked pages?

I was looking, but I haven't found it yet. I sent him an E-mail to see if he has a GIF of the Red Ensign. I haven't heard back from him yet.

I haven't heard back from him, but I do have my own small GIF of the Red Ensign. Should I send it to you?

Is it, or could it be, the same size as the others?

No problem. BTW, if you add a space between your flags, it separates them a bit and they don't blend together:
