The Diner Class Spheroid DropShip has to be:

1, Inner Sphere 3072 technology or earlier Inner Sphere technology;
2, Safe Thrust 2, and a Max Safe Thrust of 3, and a max OverThrust of 4 (like 'Mech Sprinting);
3, 100,00 tons;
4, at least 1,700 tons for cooking & eating;
5, at least 10,000 tons for 1,000 passengers;
6, at least 2,000 tons for recreation.
7, at least one cargo bay door and at least 10,000 tons for cargo;
8, the remaining tonnage you decide, but you have to obey all HeavyMetal Forum Posting Policy rules.

SO you want a flying taco truck...yeah not seeing that as something even remotely needed in the BT setting. Everything in your stats is what is normally already a part of a dropship, it's called the galley or kitchen area...is it possible for you to think your ideas through to a logical finial conclusion before jumping in halfass?
